  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Free Shipping is valid within the Continental U.S. ONLY

     

    In-stock items generally ship from our store the same day, however we ask for you to allow 1-2 days in some cases.

     

    Out of stock items are generally shipped within 7 to 10 business days, subject to availability from manufacturers. We will notify you promptly via email if any items are backordered and provide approximate delivery times.

     

    Please note: Certain items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 3 to 5 days processing time for delivery of shipments directly from the manufacturer. We will notify via email regarding specific items that are being shipped from the manufacturer.

     

    Please note: Tracking information will not be available for orders shipped directly from the manufacturer or orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

     

    Shipping charges are not refundable.



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Wammock Farm Service, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax
  • Wammock Farm Service, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site within the state of Georgia. All other sales in the United States are tax free.

     

    Wammock Farm Service will not be responsible for any additional duties or taxes for International orders. Once an order is shipped Wammocks will no longer be responsible for that merchandise. If a package is lost or stolen, we will file a claim, but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement merchandise unless otherwise specified.

    -Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt date. After 30 days a 10% restocking fee will apply.  Item's may not be returned after 90 days from receipt date.

     

    -Refunds will be given on merchandise only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

     

    -Shipping will be charged on all exchanges.

     

    -Returned merchandise will only be accepted if it is unworn, unwashed, unused, and must include the original vendor packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Any items returned in used condition will be sent back at the customers' expense.

     

    -If you return any items for a refund from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

     

    -If we have sent an item(s) in error please contact us for an authorized return shipping tag, we will immediately replace the item(s) at no additional charge.

     

    If you believe your merchandise is defective, please contact us immediately. If your merchandise is deemed defective we will replace the item or issue a refund.

     

    Wammock Farm Service, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
