Thorogreens baby bush-type plants take little room yet set big yields of pale green beans. Thorogreen is super for canning and freezing. Withstands moderate heat and drought.
Lima beans prefer warm to hot growing conditions. Plant in well-drained soil after the soil has warmed and all danger of frost has passed. Harvest when pods become plump; eat the meaty seeds either fresh or dried.
