Tattooing is permanent, cost-effective identification. Ketchum permanent, antiseptic tattoo ink is spread on the area to be tattooed.
Directions For Use:
Clean area to be marked, and allow to dry. Apply a coating of ink to the surface which is to be tattooed. After using tattoo instrument, rub more ink into the punctures thoroughly, with the finger, to insure a proper lasting mark.
