Blue Lupine can reach 3 ft in hieght and is also a great source of nitrogen and organic matter enriching the surrounding soil. Deer love it's foliage which provides a high energy, protein-rich browse which turkeys and rabbits also enjoy.
If planting in September, deer should start grazing in December, rapid plant growth occurs in late winter.
